When you book a free or paid vocal consultation with Brad:
You agree to show up on time and communicate respectfully
We may reschedule or cancel a session at our discretion
Free sessions are limited to one per person unless otherwise stated
Coaching is educational and supportive, not medical or therapeutic in nature
4. Online Courses (Vocal Muse Suite)
If you purchase the Vocal Muse Suite:
You receive non-transferable, individual access to the course materials
You may not share login details or copy/reproduce content
We reserve the right to revoke access if misuse or abuse occurs
No refunds are guaranteed unless stated clearly on the sales page
You are responsible for maintaining your account security and complying with these Terms.
5. Payments
We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal for any digital product or course.
You agree:
To provide accurate payment and billing info
Not to initiate unauthorized chargebacks
That all sales are final unless otherwise stated (see Refund Policy below)
6. Free Lead Magnets & Quizzes
By downloading free resources or taking a quiz:
You agree to receive follow-up emails related to your responses
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails
These resources are for educational purposes only and not a substitute for coaching

Free consultations are not eligible for refund or payment
Digital products and courses are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature
