Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 23, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between You (“Participant”, “you”) and Brad Chapman – Radical Vocal Coach (“we”, “us”, or ”our”) regarding your purchase and use of the Vocal Muse Suite course (the “Course”).

By enrolling in the Course, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

• You confirm that you are 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

• You represent that you have the legal authority to enter this agreement.

2. Course Access & Enrollment

• Upon payment, you will receive lifetime access to all Vocal Muse Suite modules and downloadable resources.

• Your access is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or materials with others is strictly prohibited.

• Any private community access included is also valid for lifetime unless stated otherwise.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Launch Price: $17 USD for a limited-time offer.
• Regular Price: $27 USD after the launch period ends.

• Once enrolled, you are not eligible for a price adjustment if future promotions offer a different rate.

4. Refund Policy – 7-Day Guarantee

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase under these conditions:

• You have not accessed any course videos or downloadable resources.

• Requests must be submitted to [email protected] within the 7-day period.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days, minus applicable admin or processing fees.

If you’ve accessed any course content, the refund guarantee becomes void.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage

All content within the Course - including videos, frameworks, PDFs, the Vocal Muse Technique, and all supplementary materials - is the exclusive property of Brad Chapman.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or resell course content.

• Use any materials for your own paid courses or commercial offerings.

• Repackage or claim ownership of any material in the Course.

6. Conduct & Community Guidelines

If enrolled in a course community (e.g., Facebook group or GHL portal), you agree to:

• Engage respectfully and professionally.

• Avoid self-promotion, spam, or solicitation.

• Maintain privacy of all shared materials and member interactions.

We reserve the right to remove anyone for inappropriate conduct or policy violations, without refund.

7. Course Modifications

We may revise or enhance course materials at our discretion. These updates are included in your lifetime access and do not entitle you to a refund.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

• Results vary based on individual effort, experience, and consistency.

• We do not guarantee success, income, performance outcomes, or vocal breakthroughs.

• We are not liable for interruptions due to platform changes, device issues, or external factors.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to revoke your access, without refund, if you:

• Violate intellectual property or conduct terms

• Attempt unauthorized redistribution

• Engage in disruptive or unethical behavior

10. Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you agree:

• You’ve read and accepted these Terms.

• All payments are final beyond the 7-day refund window or once content is accessed.

• You will not reproduce, sell, or share any course content.
